Hyowon Chi, flute

After graduating from the Paris Conservatory by obtaining 4 superior diplomas - Flute (prof. Claude Lefebvre), Chamber Music (prof. Eric Le Sage and Paul Meyer), Piccolo (prof. Nathalie Rozat) and Orchestra (prof. Gilbert Audin) - he studied with prof. Jacques Zoon at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève for 2 years. He won first prize in chamber music at the Brest International Competition in 2015. Now, he plays in prestigious concert halls as soloist and orchestra player by collaborating with several important music and dance companies as Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg, Korean Symphony Orchestra, Korean National Opera, Orchestre Colonne, New York City Ballet, Canada National Ballet, Vienna Opera Ballet, etc. He performed as soloist in 2016 at the Grande Salle of the Philharmonie de Paris in the «Prelude concert» of Orchestre de Paris.
